Welcome to the Plan B Organic Farm Share Program! Your account has been created and you're all set to go!
Your subscription with Plan B Organic farm is ongoing. Please email the farm if you ever wish to completely cancel your subscription.
Please Check that your subscription is correct:

Delivered To: Delivery
Community Depot Pick Up Instructions:
1. Check that your name and order are on the list today.
2. CHECK THE LABELS ON THE BOXES CAREFULLY.
3. If you customized or ordered from the store a label with YOUR LAST NAME will be on the top of the box.
4. If you didn’t order anything extra look for the label with your SHARE SIZE & TYPE on the side of the box.
5. Open your bin.
6. Remove all of the bags & any loose items from inside.
7. Please do not leave any unwanted produce, payments, or debris at the depot.
Home Delivery Instructions:
1. COOLERS - please leave out a cooler or rubbermaid type tote for us to place your bags in.
OR
2. PLAN B PLASTIC SHARE BINS - If you prefer we can leave your order in one of our plastic share bins. Please leave the bins outside week to week or sanitize them before delivery day to reduce risk of cross-contamination.
3.Your share will be left on your front porch unless you let us know otherwise. Please email us if you would like your share left in another spot.
4. Apartments or Condos - Please make sure to include the Unit Number & Buzzer Number if applicable. Your share will be delivered in a cardboard box that you can recycle. Delivery is most often in the late afternoon to evening. 3pm - 9pm.
PUTTING YOUR ORDER ON HOLD?
To put a hold on or cancel your subscription you must do so by midnight the Saturday before your next scheduled delivery. This way we can plan to order and harvest just the right amount of fresh food for the coming week. You can place a hold on your Plan B Account or email us at info@planborganicfarms.ca.
PROBLEM WITH YOUR SHARE?
We try our best but sometimes things get past us. If an item is missing or of poor quality in your share we want to hear about it! Please email us asap to let us know, and we will add a credit to your Plan B Account or a replacement item with your next order to make up for it.
NEWSLETTERS
We send our newsletter via email each week, the day before your next share. The list of items in the share is as accurate as possible, but sometimes we have to make a substitution of equal value.
